Body weight management in healthy humans using low-sugar and high-dietary fiber noodles: A single group pre-post trial

A group of 9 healthy subjects was invited to have the low-sugar, high-dietary fiber noodles (LS-HDFNs) once (180 g) daily for 28 days. The level of body weights, body fat percentage, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly reduced after 28 days of LS-HDFNs consumption.
