Chinese, Side Dishes, Summertime Dishes

Authentic. Easy. Kibun offers valuable flavors that enrich daily meals.

Kibun has researched a wide range of food fields to fit the changing eating habits of modern people and the diversification of tastes. For instance, it has taken dishes that originally were available most commonly when eating out and established them as home menu items. Two long-selling examples are Unagiya, which is eel dipped in a soy-based sauce and grilled on a spit (a dish commonly called kaba-yaki) and Goma Tofu, which is a tofu-like product made from sesame seeds (and commonly called gama-tofu meaning sesame tofu). Kibun has also commercialized products such as Gyoza (dumplings typically consisting of a ground meat and/or vegetable filling wrapped in wheat flour skins and grilled or boiled), reducing the cooking time at home and making them more delicious and simple to serve up.

In these ways, Kibun has developed numerous products that meet customer demands. And most importantly, in addition to each product being convenient, they all come with authentic flavor that makes them valuable to diners.
